From The Exalted Ruler:
Greetings Fellow Elks,

As we approach the end of another year, we reflect on the successes and camaraderie we’ve shared. December is sure to be a busy and rewarding month for all of us, as we come together for several exciting events.

A special thank you to Chris Wilkey for securing the Beacon Grant through the ENF program, enabling us to provide 255+ coats to children in need. These coats will be distributed to students in New Castle and Blue River, making a meaningful difference in our community.

As we close out the year, we invite you to participate in the following events:Breakfast with Santa on December 7 at 10:00 AM.CPS Kids Dinner on December 10 at 6:00 PM.Steak Night on December 14, featuring Kent Koger grilling on the back patio. Enjoy a delicious New York strip dinner ($18.95), sirloin dinner ($14.95), or grilled chicken dinner ($12.95), accompanied by live music from Waylon T and the Black Hats. This promises to be an evening of great food and entertainment. To reserve a table, please prepay for your meal by December 6.

Tom and Jerry Social Hour on December 24, starting at 4:00 PM, for a festive gathering to celebrate the season. Finally, New Year’s Eve Party on December 31, featuring live music by Groove Smash, will be the perfect way to ring in 2025.

We hope you’ll join us as we celebrate the season and end 2024 on a high note!

From The Club Operations Manager:
It is hard to believe that we are in the last month of 2024. We extend gratitude to all that supported the New Castle Elks this year. We are ready to finish strong and take on 2025!

Of course, our partnership with the New Castle Department of Child Services continues and the collection for our annual children’s Christmas party is still underway. If you have not donated and would like to, please see Gary Hedrick.

Both Christmas and New Year’s Eve lodge hours have been adjusted so please note the following information:

On Tuesday, December 24 (Christmas Eve) the lodge will open at 3:00pm. The Tom and Jerry party will be held from 4-6pm.  As a reminder, no reservations will be accepted for this event and the club closes promptly at 6PM so that our employees may enjoy time with family and friends.

On Tuesday, December 31, the lodge will open at 4pm. Dinner will be served from 6:00 – 8:30 and the Groove Smash Band is set to play from 9pm – 1am. Please make your dinner reservations as soon as possible so that we may plan accordingly.

A friendly reminder: Tables may only be reserved to those having dinner at the club this night.

As we wrap up another year, I would like to close out 2024 by expressing sincere gratitude to all of my Elks staff. Our Lodge and Bingo teams work hard all year but an exceptional amount of time and effort is expected of them from late October through the end of December. To each of you: Great job and thank you for keeping our club successful!!

Wishing you a very Merry Christmas and a blessed 2024!
