| Greetings Fellow Elks, January went by so fast and the Holiday season was a lot of fun. We appreciate seeing you at so many of the events. The Queen of Hearts pot continues to grow so don’t forget to stop by each week and buy your tickets. You can purchase the tickets anytime the Lodge is open. Also, we still have plenty of time left on the weekly gun raffle and available tickets that may be purchased so make sure you have a number in the tumbler! Thanks to all the volunteers who tended bar during this football season. Our last football Sunday will be February 9 for the Super Bowl. The Lodge will open at 6pm and it is a pitch in. With the end of my year quickly approaching, I want to remind everyone that the nominations of officers will be on Thursday, February 6 at the Lodge Meeting. Do you attend the meetings and mingle with the flock or do you stay at home and criticize and knock? Do you take an active part to help the work along are you satisfied to be the kind that “JUST BELONG” Do you ever go and visit a member that is sick or leave the work to a few and talk about the clique?
